It is mandatory for all 11-a-side grassroots adult Players to be covered (through their Club) by Personal Accident Insurance.
To complete your Club Affiliation, we will need to see a copy of your Personal Accident insurance policy. Please send this to PAinsurance@CheshireFA.com
